Fibromyalgia is an unexplained disease whose diagnose is not so easy. Almost 6-7 percent of the world population is affected by this chronic disease. According to a study, 16 million Americans are suffered from this disease. Though it can be found in men and kids the most affected target audience are the ladies. This disease is far more dangerous than diabetes and cancer. As a result, it leads to difficulty in walking and in some cases standing erect or straight. The body posture is affected by this disease.

7)Pain on both sides of the body-You may feel pain in the leg or any part of the body, either left or right. The pain need not grow gradually. Sometimes you feel only painkillers can save your life. The severe pain leaves you bewildered as it may be shifting too in some parts of the body. This pain can be disastrous in ladies especially during their menstrual cycle and menstrual Cramping.

1)Numbness in hands and feet- The person suffering from fibromyalgia may feel numbness in hands and feet and the problem of cold feet and hands. The hands and feet may be stiff, cold and hard in touching. This is also the most common symptom of fibromyalgia.

2)You feel stressed-The constant pain in various parts of the body that is unexplained and undetectable. The person may feel sad, dejected and stressed. He/she feels it difficult to stay relax and calm.

3)Loss of memory and mental confusion-Forgetfulness is the other symptom of fibromyalgia. The victim may suffer mental confusion, bewildered and other such major memory issues too.

1)Medications- The very first treatment is the medications prescribed by a general physician. You may start certain antibiotics that may relieve your pain and renew the cells and tissues. So it is better to consult a good doctor, take proper medicine followed by a good and healthy routine.

2)Physiotherapy- Physiotherapy may prove a miracle in treating fibromyalgia. Proper heating of joints and muscles and other nerves may relieve the patients. Take the help of a good physiotherapist. In most cases,  physiotherapy is the most effective way to treat bones and muscle tissues.

3)The psychiatrist can help- As I have discussed earlier, fibromyalgia is an unexplained disease that leaves the patient bewildered. He is not able to explain the situation to anyone in a correct way. This fills him/her with stress. It is due to a chemical imbalance in the brain. To relieve this condition, it is better to consult a good psychiatrist. This will help in resolving the mental state of the victim and he will be in a better state of mind.

Do simple exercises which won’t make u feel tired. Do stretching. Arm and leg stretching helps a lot. Core muscles exercise also helps to strengthen the core tissues and muscles in the body,

5)Make a proper diet chart– Avoid foods that exaggerate the problem-Well, you need a proper meal plan to relieve the symptoms of fibromyalgia. Certain food items must be consumed if you are suffering from fibromyalgia. A healthy food list for fibromyalgia is as follows-

a)Green vegetables and fruits that contain antioxidants. An example is red and green peppers, spinach, all seasonal fruits, carrots,  and green leafy vegetables.
